What is a Reference ID or UTR (Unique Transaction Reference Number) and how to find it?

Modified on Fri, 04 Feb 2022 at 03:53 PM

This is a unique number for each IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/UPI  transaction you make and helps us match that specific transaction with you.

Where do I get this number from?

This number is provided by the bank itself when processing your funds.

UPI/IMPS : This is a 12-digit number

NEFT/RTGS: This is an alphanumeric number that normally starts with your bank code. This will appear on your bank statement.

Points to remember

-Do not change the format or edit your bank statement any part of this issue and if possible share in pdf format only

-Always remember to quote this number for any fiat transactions when picking up a ticket with us.
