How to get started on BuyUcoin?
BuyUcoin makes it easy and secure to transact cryptocurrencies through our website and through our app. You can create an account with BuyUcoin at trade.buyucoin.com or in our app, which is available on both iOS and Android devices. Registration at BuyUcoin is a simple process; all you need is a mobile phone number and an email address! Follow the instructions below to complete the registration process.


1. Click the "Sign up" button in the upper right corner of our home page.



2. You will be asked to enter your E -mail address, Password, Account type, Country and Source. We strongly recommend that you register with your primary email email. You will also be asked to establish a 2-factor authentication for better security purpose. It is important that you do not share this code with anyone. Once you have entered the details, accept the BuyUcoin Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and click "Create Account".



3. Once you clicked on create account, You will be asked to verify the email address, Mobile, KYC and Bank/UPI.
E mail address verification – You need to mention the email address for verification purpose. An email OTP will sent to you at the same email. Once the put that OTP, You are good to go!
Mobile Verification Process -    – You need to mention the contact for verification purpose. A code   will sent to you at the same number. Once the put that code, You are good to go!

How to get my BuyUcoin account verified?

How to buy the coins?

After you get verified at BuyUcoin and add INR into your wallet, you can own any cryptocurrency you like by following some simple steps-

• Click on Buy-Sell tab in your BuyUcoin account
  

• Select the crypto-currency of your choice from the Drop down menu on the top-right
  

• Let's say you want to buy Ripple, select Ripple.
  

• On the Buy Ripple menu, enter the amount you want to buy and the desired bid price.

How to send my coins to other wallet address or exchange?
Crypto withdrawals refers to a transaction of transferring cryptocurrency from the BuyUCoin environment to an external address (usually a wallet or another exchange).

To withdraw/transfer crypto from your BuyUCoin wallet, follow the mentioned steps:

1. From your Dashboard, go to the Wallet.

2. Choose the cryptocurrency that you want to withdraw.

3. Click on Withdraw button.

4. A form will pop-up in which you need to write the destination address, destination tag, the amount that you want to withdraw and remarks. 

5. Now enter the 2FA code from your Authenticator App.

6. Click on Withdraw button. 

7. Enter the 8 digit OTP received in your email.

8. Click on the Submit button.

Your withdrawal will be done successfully.

What is the fee for trading cryptocurrency at BuyUcoin?

The fee structure is governed by a maker-taker model of trading exchange.


Maker: A maker is a party whose order exists on the order book before the trade occurs. Makers are incentive because their orders make the liquidity in a market.
Taker: A taker is a party who places an order that matches the makers' order. Takers are the ones who remove this liquidity by taking makers' orders with their own.

Note- 18% of GST will be added to Maker and Taker fee once the transaction got succeeded fully or partially. The fee is deducted only after the order is completed and will be deducted from the currency that you have received in the respective order.
