However, if you wish to delete your account due to any reason, you can do so by following these
1. Send Video KYC (Record a selfie video holding the following docs
KYC document that was uploaded for verification of account kyc (i.e
Aadhar and Pan)
Holding a paper written “Deactivate BuyUcoin Account”, current day date
and signature
2. After the above step, you can send a self-written note along with the reason for deleting
your account (which will help us in improving our services) to us at security@buyucoin.com
We will be prompt in processing your request and further procedure shall be completed from our
side at the earliest.
