The delay in receiving the order confirmation link may happen due to network or server issues. These are temporary. Hence, we request you to please observe for some time. But you can get a new confirmation email from the orders page.
Open the order page from the left navigation.
Here, you can see all your open orders.
Click on the approve button placed next to your pending order.
Now, you will get a new order confirmation email.
Please check your updates, social and promotional tab for an email if it is not showing in the primary.
However if the problem persists, you can send an email to support@buyucoin.com.
Along with the transaction details including the screenshot of the transaction amount. Apart from this, you can also create a ticket from the support section regarding your issue.
