If you are sending cryptocurrency to BuyUcoin using Destination Tag technology, you must enter the correct Tag/Memo. To receive cryptocurrency, you must have both an address and a tag/memo.
Your funds will not be credited to your account if you send them without a tag/memo or with an incorrect tag/memo.
A tag/memo may not be required if you are sending cryptocurrency from BuyUcoin to a private/personal wallet.
If you have already deposited crypto without MEMO, kindly raise a ticket on support@buyucoin.com.
