While adding the bank account kindly, make sure the name on your primary bank account matches the name on the pan card. In case the name is different, the request could be rejected.
If your name is matched and still unverified please login through the web and go to the bank page to upload a cancel cheque or the first page of the respective bank passbook. So, team can review the same and notify you accordingly.
