Website in not accepting google auth code

Please follow this procedure . Open the google authenticator app > click on 3 dots on the right corner side> click on settings >; time correction for code > sync now.

In case if you still face issue, we would ask you to kindly reset your 2fa by following the below steps :

>Visit https://trade.buyucoin.com/login

and enter your login credentials.

>Select the "Reset 2FA" option.

>Input the 8 digits OTP received in your registered email.

>If your portfolio is less than INR 100,000/-, you will receive a 6 digit OTP on your registered mobile number to reset the 2FA.

If your portfolio is higher than INR 100,000/-, you will be asked to upload a selfie of yourself holding the KYC documents (Aadhar Card and PAN Card) and a handwritten note requesting to reset the 2FA.

> The 2FA will be reset within 24-48 hours.
