How to Enable Google Authenticator or 2FA

Google Authenticator is an application that provides an extra layer of security to the users.
The app generates a code every 30 seconds. While logging in your BuyUCoin account, after entering all your necessary credentials like email and password you have to enter the 6 digit code generated in the authenticator app.
Then only you will be able to access your account. 

Android/iOS

1. Open BuyUCoin app.

2. Tap on your profile and open the security option.

3. Now you will find Two-Factor verification here.

4. Tap on it and copy your verification key.

5. Get the authenticator app from the play store, open it and name your account as BuyUcoin.

6. Paste your verification key in the “your key” space.

7. Now see your authentication code & go back to BuyUCoin app. 

8. Continue it and put your authentication code there.

9. Now put an 8-digit OTP which you will get on your registered email inbox.

You have successfully enabled your 2FA.

Desktop

1. Install the Google authenticator app on your device.

2. Click on the security. 

3. Now enable the Google two-step verification option.

4. When you scroll down, you will see a QR code which you need to scan using your Google authenticator app. Then, you have to enter the 2FA code generated after scanning the QR code into the input box given below the QR code. 

5. Press submit.

6. After that, enter an OTP which you will receive on your registered email address.

7. Now, enter that OTP here and click on submit, you will be redirected to the two-step verification screen. Enter the 2FA code. 

You have successfully enabled your 2FA.
