2FA Not Working

Most 2FA failures occur because the time on each device is not synchronised. The date and time on the device from which you are logging in to BuyUcoin must be exactly the same as the date and time on the device from which you received your 2FA code. If the date and time are incorrect, you will receive the message "Incorrect login credentials".


Follow this process : Open the google authenticator app > click on 3 dots on the right corner side> click on settings > time correction for code  > sync now.


If you still still face any issue, kindly go through the below steps to reset the 2FA (Google Authenticator) security in your BuyUcoin Account:


> Visit https://trade.buyucoin.com/login and enter your login credentials.


> Select the "Reset 2FA" option.


> Confirm the 8 digit OTP received in your registered email and the 6 digits OTP received in your registered mobile phone number.


> If your portfolio is higher than INR 1,00,000/-, you will be asked to upload a selfie of yourself holding the KYC documents (Aadhar Card and PAN Card) and a note requesting to reset the 2FA.


> The 2FA will be reset within 24-48 hours.


> To enable the 2FA again, kindly follow the steps as mentioned in
