This is entirely normal, there is nothing to worry about.
While trading on the BuyUcoin crypto exchange, investors and traders will encounter situations where their amount will show in 'locked' status. You will be unable to access the assets that are stored in your BuyUcoin Wallets. There are two reasons why funds are shown as locked in your wallet:
● The locked status is displayed when the user's cryptocurrency withdrawal is under process and hasn't yet been filled by the network. This process could take some time as the transaction needs to be verified on both ends. While the process is underway, your crypto/INR is put under a locked status to avoid chances of misuse.
● The locked status is also displayed when the user's crypto order to buy/sell from the BuyUcoin wallet is being processed.
